Sequence Search

  Sequence Database
Enter a sequence and click Search. Optionally, you may choose multiple databases to search (by right-clicking or command-clicking items in the Database select list), specify an E Value (an indication of sequence similarity used by BLAST in which smaller is more similar), and/or change the output format. The purpose of this search page is to locate gene records in our annotated databases. It compares your entered sequence with sequences of genes in the database. Both protein and nucleotide sequences are accepted.
