Comment:
In E.coli, this protein is thought to belong to the YABO/YCEC/SFHB family (sfhB) and play a role as a suppressor of the temperature-sensitivity of the FTSH1(TS) mutation. RLUA_ECOLI is responsible for the synthesis of pseudouridine from uracil-746 in 23S rRNA and position 32 in the anticodon stem of tRNAs, and RsuA (RSUA_ECOLI) is responsible for the synthesis of pseudouridine from uracil-516 in 16S rRNA.
