Comment:
Taken from Prosite PDOC00148: Enolase is a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the dehydration of 2-phospho-D-glycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. It is a dimeric enzyme tht requires magnesium (Mg) both for catalysis and stabilizing the dimer.
