Gapped BLAST revealed the middle and C-terminal region had several
significant hits to esterases and acetylhydrolases. For example residues
70-300 are 34% similar to N-acetylphosphinothricin-tripetide-deacetylase
of Streptomyces viridochromogenes,(X65195). Residues 73-298 are 32%
similar to esterase of Acinetobacter lwoffii,(L38252).
