Comment:
TP0931 was assigned the EC 3.2.1.28 in our original annotation. Comparison of our annotation with the annotation done by KEGGs leads us to re-examine our original annotation. The top hits in gapped BLAST were to the conserved hypothetical protein.

A few other hits to TREA (neutral trehalase) were observed at lower significande levels and only the central domain of TP0931 is similar to a stretch of TREA which are assigned the EC number 3.2.1.28 in the Swiss-Prot database.

As a result of this re-examination, the EC numbers 3.2.1.28 for TP0931 might need to be removed.
