Comment:
This protein digests double-stranded RNA. It is involved in the
processing of rRNA precursors and of some mRNAs.

Reaction:
ENDONUCLEOLYTIC CLEAVAGE TO 5'-PHOSPHO-MONOESTER.

This protein seems to have an extra N-terminal region.
