Gapped BLAST revealed this protein is almost identical to PROC_TREPA,
pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase of T. pallidum,(M73825). Residues
60-262 are 88% similar to PROC_TREPA. In addition there were several
other significant hits to pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductases. For
example residues 3-263 are 33% similar to PROC_ECOLI, pyrroline-5-
carboxylate reductase of E. coli,(AE000145).
