Gapped BLAST revealed several significant hits to many hypothetical
proteins. For example residues 1-450 are 32% similar to YQEV_BACSU,
hypothetical 51.7 kDa protein in DnaJ-RpsU intergenic region of
Bacillus subtilis, (D84432). Two iterations of PSI-BLAST did not reveal
any significant relationship to characterized proteins.
