After PSI-BLAST converges the top two hits are to eukaryotic bleomycin
hydrolases, which are thiol proteases. The top bacterial hits were to
cysteine aminopeptidase C proteins. For example residues 3-442 are 38%
PEPC_LACHE aminopeptidase C of Lactobacillus helveticus, (accession#
Z30340).
