Gapped BLAST revealed the middle and C-terminal region had several
significant hits to rRNA methylase (yacO) and hypothetical proteins.
For example residues 2-379 are 23% similar to YFIF_ECOLI, hypothetical
37.8 kD protein in ung 3' region of Escherichia coli,(AE000344).
Residues 40-278 are 32% similar to rRNA methylase (yacO) of Borrelia
burgdorferi,(AE001154). This was the only protein to hit the entire
protein.
