Comment:
From GenBANK (gi:115939): This enzyme carries out synthesis of the tRNA CCA terminus without the direction of a template using the multiple accepting and donating subsites within its active site, by the reaction: ATP + tRNA(n) = pyrophosphate + tRNA(n+1). This enzyme may be identical with tRNA cytidylyltransferase and belongs to the tRNA nucleotidyltransferase / poly(A) polymerase family.
