Comment:
From GenBANK (gi:118101): PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. Its catalytic activity is the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. It is inhibited by cyclosporin A at a concentration 100-fold higher than is required by eukaryotic PPIases.
