Comment:
From GenBANK (gi:1709905): In Streptomyces coelicolor, this protein acts on tyrosine phosphorylated proteins, low-MW aryl phosphates and natural and synthetic acyl phosphates. It bay be involved in the regulation of sulfur amino acid metabolism. It catalyzes the reaction: protein tyrosine phosphate + H2O = Protein tyrosine + phosphate.
