the database.

to uridylate kinase proteins. For example residues 3-128 are 74%
similar to a predicted uridylate kinase of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,(AE000021).

(Z99112). In addition residues 28-78 are 43% similar to TP0099, uridylate kinase
