Blast Summary:  PSI-Blast Search
Gapped BLAST revealed several significant hits to protein P200 proteins
from other mycoplasma species and also to several other proteins because of
repeats. For example residues 1019-1613 are 35% similar to P200_MYCPN,
protein P200 of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,(AE000027).
In addition residues 1094-1397 are 21% similar to CT664, FHA domain
similar to the one in Y0DG of Mycobacterium; MG386 had no significant hits
to the T. pallidum genome.
