Seen in Hutchison et al. as conserved hypothetical.

Blast Summary:  PSI-Blast Search
Gapped BLAST revealed hits to other hypothetical
proteins and to one ribonuclease HII protein. For example residues
31-165 are 48% similar to Y199_MYCPN, MG199 homolog of Mycoplasma
pneumoniae,(AE000005). Residues 1-160 are 27% similar to ribonuclease
HII of Streptococcus pneumoniae,(U93576).
In addition residues 6-162 are 28% similar to CT008, ribonuclease HII
of C. trachomatis.
