F proteins. For example residues 1-606 are 62% similar to PEPF_MYCPN,
oligoendopeptidase F of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,(AE000061). Residues
111-601 are 28% similar to Pz-peptidase of Bacillus licheniformis,
(D88209).
In addition residues 111-596 are 26% similar to CT112, Oligopeptidase
of C. trachomatis.
