to riboflavin kinase proteins. For example residues 2-260 are 43%
similar to RIBF_MYCPN, putative riboflavin kinase of Mycoplasma
pneumoniae,(AE000062). Residues 6-263 are 28% similar to riboflavin
kinase of Bacillus subtilis,(Z80835).
In addition residues 1-253 are 26% similar to CT093, RIBOFLAVIN
KINASE of C. trachomatis.
