HD1176 is similar to long-chain-fatty-acid-CoA ligase from T. pallidum (TP0145), and to 2-acylglycerophosphoethanolamine acyltransferase from C. pneumoniae (CPn0922) and C. trachomatis (CT776). No similarities to U. urealyticum, M. genitalium, or M. pneumoniae.
