Numerous moderate hits in gapped BLAST to glycosyl transferase proteins; e.g., residues 8-241 are 30% similar to the sequence for glycosyl transferase in Neisseria meningitidis [1857120], residues 8-241 are 30% similar to the sequence for LgtC in Neisseria gonorrhoeae [6644285], and residues 8-267 are 26% similar to RJAF_SALTY [6174967].
