Many significant hits using gapped BLAST to Cu,Zn-superoxide dismutase precursor from Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (2507400, 1388126), Haemophilus parainfluenzae (134609), H. influenzae (134608), among others. HD0848 is 76% similar to residues 1-190 from SODC_ACTPL.
