HD0824 is 65% similar to residues 3-350 from MURG_HAEIN.

HD0824 is similar to GLCNAC transferase (UDP-N-acetylglucosamine- N-acetylmuramyl) from C. trachomatis (CT761) and T. pallidum (TP0523), and to peptidoglycan transferase from C. pneumoniae (CPn0904). No similarities to U. urealyticum, M. genitalium, or M. pneumoniae.
