Positions 1 to 434 are 67% (E value 1e-159) similar to sp|Q03031|DCOB_SALTY (399347) sodium ion pump oxaloacetate decarboxylase subunit beta between positions 1 and 433 in Salmonella typhimurium. Positions 1 to 315 are 64% (E value e-106) similar to sp|P13156|DCOB_KLEPN (118354) oxaloacetate decarboxylase beta chain between positions 1 and 314 in Klebsiella pneumoniae. Positions 1 to 413 are 46% (E value 3e-91) similar to emb|CAA05140.1 (gi:) methylmalonyl-CoA decarboxylase, beta-subunit between positions 2 and 376 in Propionigenium modestum.

HD0782 is strongly similar to oxaloacetate decarboxylase beta subunit from T. pallidum (TP0057). No similarities to C. trachomatis, C. pneumoniae, U. urealyticum, M. genitalium, or M. pneumoniae.
