The CutF function in Salmonella confers copper tolerance on copper-sensitive mutants.
The DSBD protein in HAEIN and ECOLI is an integral membrane protein that is required for disulfide formation and may keep apocytochrome C molecules in a reduced state.

In E. coli DsbD (DipZ) affects disulfide-binding but is not a disulfide-binding protein. Possibly requiring new nomenclature.

DsbD appears to be an integral membrane protein.
