DNA metabolism

Pathway: pathway table

Comment:
RUVAB is a helicase complex of RUVA (CPn0620) and
RUVB (CPn0390), with the RUVA component, a homotetramer, typically,
promoting ATPase activity of RUVB. The helicase complex mediates Holliday
junction migration, ostensibly by localized reannealing.

Blast Summary:  PSI-Blast Search
CPn0390 is similar to TP0162 in T. pallidum, MG359 in M. genitalium and UU448 in U. urealyticum.

CPn0390 is orthologously related to CT040, a predicted ruvB Holliday Junction DNA helicase (RUVB). Residues 1-329 are 77% similar to CT040.
