Comment:
Queuine is a bacterially synthesized deazaguanine that is inserted
into anticodons of select tRNAs (asp, asn, his, tyr) under
control of the TGT (tRNA-guanine transglycosylase) enzyme.
The TGT enzyme is a virulence factor in Shigella, for instance.
