Comment:
This protein is identical to GenBank accession AAD18272 (genome position accession AE001598). Ribonuclease HII degrades the ribonucleotide moiety on RNA-DNA hybrid molecules. Endonucleolytic cleavage to 5'-phospho-monoester. Ribonuclease HII has similarity with other RNase H from bacteria, fungi, and with RNase H domains from Pol of retroviruses.
