Comment:
This is the A subunit sequence of the trimeric excinuclease, responsible
for excision of UV-damaged nucleotide segments. The enzyme is an ATPase
that is related to ABC transporters and probably requires zinc. CPn0801 is the B subunit sequence and CPn0940 is the C
subunit sequence.
