Comment:
Cysteinyl-tRNA synthetase is cytoplasmically located monomer belonging to
class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases.
Reaction: ATP + l-cysteine + tRNA(cys) = AMP + pyrophosphate +
l-cysteinyl-tRNA(cys).
Similarity is strong to methionyl-tRNA synthetase.

are 39% similar to SYC_HAEIN. CT782 is similar to the cys-tRNA synthetases of B.burgdorferi (AE001161)

33% similar to the latter. CT782 is similar to MG253 of M.genitalium.

CT782 is orthologously related to CPn0932: residues 23-497 of CT782 are

synthetase from C. pneumoniae.
