Comment:
In PSEPU, the DMPP protein catabolizes phenol and some of its derivatives.
The protein is a multicomponent enzyme, of which the P5 component belongs to the 2Fe2S ferridoxin family.
See CT278, CT279, CT280, and CT281: compact intergenic spacing suggests that
CT278, CT279, CT280, and CT281 may
be a single transcriptional unit for nqr2-nqr5, with nqr1 possibly CT634
and nqr6 being CT740.

Psi-BLAST brings into ascendance naphthalene 1,2-dioxygenase reductase sequences,
