Comment:
In HAEIN and ECOLI, this enzyme displays a range of exonucleolytic and endonucleolytic activities. It consists of three subunits.
See CT639 and CT033 for the beta and alpha subunits.
The intergenic spacing between CT639 and CT640 is 4 bp. CT640 overlaps with CT641 (49bp) with head to head orientation.
