Comment:
Tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase is likely to be a cytoplasmically located
homodimer
with similarity to class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases.

Reaction: ATP + l-tryptophan + tRNA(trp) = AMP + pyrophosphate +
l-tryptophanyl-tRNA(trp).
