Comment:
One beta chain, one beta prime chain, two alpha chains and a sigma chain make up the E.coli RNA polymerase, which catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA. See CT315 for beta, CT507 for alpha, CT615 for sigma (RPOD) and CT609 for sigma-54.
