Sole hit in gapped BLAST to an ATP synthase E subunit, ATPE_METJA:
residues 15-205 are 25% similar to this protein. However, residues
36-126 are significantly similar (34%) to TP0424, a predicted V-type
ATPase subunit E sequence from T.pallidum. No similarity to M.genitalium.

CT310 is orthologously related to CPn0086 and
they share 71% similarity.
