residues 2-939 are 38% similar to the enzyme from B. stearothermophilus
and 36% similar to the B. subtilis enzyme. Psi-BLAST reveals similarities to isoleucyl-tRNA
synthetases. CT302 is similar to TP1035 of T.pallidum and to MG334 of
M.genitalium and similar to PG1013 of P.gingivalis.

CT302 is orthologously related to CPn0094: residues 1-938 of CT302
are 69% similar to residues 1-938 of CPn0094, a predicted valyl-tRNA synthetase
