Comment:
Possible NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit 5 (nqr5). See CT278, CT279,
and CT280: compact intergenic spacing suggests that CT278, CT279 and
CT281 may be a single transcriptional unit for nqr2-nqr5, with nqr1 possibly
CT634 and nqr6 being CT740. CT280 may be paralogously related.

Numerous hits in gapped BLAST to hypothetical proteins, rfn-related
sequences and NADH dehydrogenases, as seen with CT278, CT279, and CT280,
e.g., residues 8-211 are 50% similar to the nqr5 sequence of
Vibrio. Similar to PG1907 of P.gingivalis. No similarities to T.pallidum or M.genitalium.

CT281 is orthologously related to CPn0430:
residues 1-239 are 73% similar to residues 1-241
of CPn0430.
