Comment:
Probable NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit 2 (nqr2). A pI of approx. 8 is comparable to the pI of the ubiquinone sequences. See
CT278, CT279, CT280, and CT281: compact intergenic
spacing suggests that CT278, CT279, CT280, and CT281 may
be a single transcriptional unit for nqr2-nqr5, with nqr1 encoded possibly by CT634
and nqr6 by CT740.

Blast Summary:  PSI-Blast Search
Limited hits in gapped-BLAST to 1) a NADH-dehydrogenase ubiquinone
sequence and 2) rnfE sequences. Residues 17-503 are 33% similar to an nqr2 subunit sequence
from Vibrio (d1023782). Residues 17-221 are 38% similar to an rnfE sequence from
H.influenzae (C64052). No similarity to T.pallidum or M.genitalium. Similar to PG1910 of P.gingivalis.

CT278 is orthologously related to CPn0427 and
they share 71% similarity.
