A few hits in gapped BLAST to predicted bacterial coding regions,
e.g., residues 79-181 are 36% similar to a Borrelia hypothetical
protein and 81-191 are 30% similar to a hypothetical protein
from H.pylori. CT276 is similar to TP0267, TP0048, and TP0253,
hypothetical proteins of T.pallidum. No similarity is seen to M.genitalium.

CT276 is orthologously related to CPn0425, a conserved hypothetical protein and they share 57% similarity.
