Comment:
This enzyme, part of the coQ (ubiquinone) pathway is said to confer resistance
to cinnamic acid in yeast(Clausen et al., Gene 142:107,1994). The ubiX gene is
also denoted dedF. In C.trachomatis, as in B. firmus, the ubiA and ubiX genes
are adjacent (see CT219). See also CT428.
