Comment:
This enzyme converts pyrophosphate and D-fructose 6-phosphate to orthophosphate and
D-fructose 1,6-biphosphate. It consists of two alpha and two beta chains.
Both CT205 and CT207 have similar scores (38%) when PFPA_SOLTU is blasted
against the ctpro_all database; both have slightly better scores (42-43%) when
PFPB_SOLTU is blasted against ctpro_all.

transferase beta subunit sequences, e.g. 39% similar to PFPB_SOLTU and PG150 of P.gingivalis.
