Comment:
Tryptophan synthase converts indole or 3-indolyl glycerol phosphate
to L-tryptophan; it is a tetramer consisting of two alpha and two beta (CT170)
chains (see CT170). A 3D structure is known for TRPA_SALTY. See CT169
for the trpR protein.
No similarity to C.pneumoniae.
