Gene Image Map for Chlamydia pneumoniae

Enter coordinates to view a section of the genome

This search page takes as input two coordinates into the genomic DNA sequence. The output is all genes and intergenic space (IGS) defined by the start and stop coordinates. If a start or stop coordinate lies within a gene or an IGS, that particular gene or IGS is omitted, hence the map is everything greater or equal to start and less than stop. A pull-down menu appears if multiple molecules, plasmids or contigs are available to map.
